Chabrouh – Faraya
The area of Chabrouh dam in Faraya village in Keserwan is protected by the Ministry of Energy & Water from grazing and potentially damaging touristic activities. Chabrouh is one of the oldest sites of Jouzour Loubnan.
The ambient humidity and lack of grazing provided an excellent environment for the trees to grow in. Jouzour Loubnan conducted many reforestation campaigns while maintaining, irrigating, and protecting all the trees planted to date.
This site is continuously visited by tourists and is gaining much success from its eco-touristic aspect.
